I was thinking of giving this quirky little pillow to my friend as a Christmas/goodbye/housewarming gift.

He’s moving to another city and getting his first apartment so I think this is one time where a pillow is "ok" to give to a guy. Right? You can put anything you want on the little "paper" and I wanted a funny farewell or friendship quote. Something to make him remember me. Any ideas?

I’m 21 and moved out on my own, i live alone in a flat…. my dear older brothers (i have two) gave me a housewarming gift if two cans of pepper spray (one for key chain and another for my nightstand), a door alarm, a personal alarm (lol like the pepper spray in size but when you press the button it makes a lot of noise)…….. my brothers are bloody mad or is this some male reaction?

A black family has moved into our predominantly white community. I want them to feel accepted and I thought that a puppy would be a great housewarming gift. I know that black people love pit bulls. I have seen them when I drive through certain parts of the city where only black people live.

Thank you, Neo; excellent ideas. I will make a gift basket! Tyler mentioned that pit bulls are dangerous; I had no clue. I certainly would not want our new neighbors injured. Not a good way to start off!
