any ideas for a housewarming party?
I have never had a housewarming party. Any ideas on this event? How to set up? What type of food and decor? Or ideas for gifts?

First you need food, glorious food. Prepare lunch or dinner, and other titbits and snacks for them to munch about before and after the meal.
For basic entertainment, you could have a photo slideshow played on the computer screen or TV. Over that, you could do karaoke if your guests are the noisy type of people.
