Fun housewarming gifts under $20 :)?

Here are some ideas: a houseplant, a welcome mat, a cookbook, a colander filled with pasta and pasta sauce, a picture frame, tea towels, wine. Hope these ideas help. You might also put together a cleaning gift (go to a dollar store and get a laundry basket, put in cleaning supplies like detergent, comet, windex, candles, lysol, etc).

Bottle of wine. Nothing helps out with the pain of painting a new space than alcohol…

Kinda depends on what they are into.
If they are drinkers two bottle of wine (one red one white), if they are into cooking then I would get them some handy utensils (kitchen aide has great stuff), oh! or a plant. Every house needs at least one living plant

Wine, bread and salt….just like in the movie, "It’s A Wonderful Life."

Bread – that this house may never know hunger.
